This is a bit on Confidence. I thought I'd take the time to share some content that I've learned myself and that has helped me a great deal. For me I don't feel that looking nice and having a Rolex or nice car is what's important.
Physically, people are destined to change, but mentally the changes should be improvement and growth. However, keep in mind the man you were when you first met her. If you were sending her flowers every Tuesday, 30 years later you get major kudos for still sending those Tuesday chrysanthemums.
Cynthia leads by example. She shows kids how important it is to live their life to their fullest. By becoming an entrepreneur in her late 50's and choosing a career to teach the youngest minds, she says, "You know they are watching you, and I can give such a gift to them: I can show them you don't have to ever stop living!".
It's the same way I look at fat ladies walking by. I dont look at what their wearing because I don't care. Their weight is what I notice and they don't really have a figure so the clothes don't look good, it's just fabric on a fat lady. Welcome anyone who happens to venture on this post today. The purpose of this thread is to get you started with just 20 minutes of fitness. You can do 20 mins right? Whether it be going to the gym, walking the dog,red bottom shoes, doing fitness tapes, riding a bicycle, working out with the Wii,rosettastoned.devhub.com, golfing, or treadmill, just do something that you like.
